After posting this picture, and wondering about what was going on with this man, our newspaper had a brief article about him. He is Poor Penny Carson and is a man on a mission.

Thanks for the update on the photo. That's really interesting.
It was like deja-vu last week. I had never heard of this man until I saw your posting. Then, I had to stop at our Wal-Mart light in Lexington, and there he was! He gets around, I guess.
