After blocking, sewing in the lining and adding the ribbon, I'm still not sure I like the color combination.
Love the purse just not sure I like the ribbon. My intent was to match the pink in the lining.
Maybe it is the wrong shade of pink. I'll have to keep looking for ribbon.
As mentioned in the last entry, I have been using my camera everyday. My husband thinks it is funny that I love taking pictures of food. Last night I made some biscuits from scratch. See....
Before the oven -
After the oven -
With butter from the Happy Cow Creamery and some jam, they didn't last long.

Those biscuits look delicious! And I love the fabric you used in your bag. It really looks nice with the green yarn. I wonder what a gray or rust ribbon would look like? Sometimes it's hard for me to pick out colors. I hope you find just what you need.
Mmm, those biscuits look delicious! I make horrible biscuits, like rocks :o(
Maybe a paler pink? The bag is cute. I made one in a dark charcoal grey and have really enjoyed it.
wowie! That bag is fabulous. If it were mine, I'd go sans ribbon. Maybe a pretty broach on the outside pinned through. However, the green and the lining? LOVE. Nicely done!
And the biscuits. Yummy.
Oh my, now I'm hungry.
The purse is so pretty! I love the lining, I'm sure you'll find a bow solution soon.
