I have a new toy. It is bright red and shiny. I have wanted one of these for some time.
Since purchasing this little toy, apple bake goods have appeared in my oven. In fact, there is a fresh apple pound cake baking at this very moment. Looks like the guys who work with my husband will be enjoying it tomorrow with their coffee.

We pulled ours out this weekend to make applesauce. I bought it years ago and I really only use it maybe twice a year. I don't usually like unitaskers, but that apple peeler/slicer/corer is a lifesaver. You will get much use out of it!
