After reading and looking and researching Kool Aid dyeing, I wanted to try it.....dyeing yarn with Kool-Aid. It was just as much fun dyeing the yarn as it was knitting and felting the purse. I used Lion's Brand Fisherman's Wool and lemon lime, cherry and blue raspberry Kool Aid. Even though the purse felted a little more than I wanted, I think it turned out pretty well. I took it to school today to show some of my colleagues. They were sooo impressed. I get so tickled....everyone who hears that the yarn was dyed with Kool Aid holds it to their nose thinking they'll be able to smell the flavors.

I love the button bag - and isn't the koolaide dying fun? I can't wait to try my next koolaide experiment!
Your bag looks great!!! I haven't tried the Koolaid dying yet, but I'm so addicted to felted bags I'm sure it's only a matter of time.
