This spring has been a rather moist season. While it is so easy to complain about the rain and/or afternoon storms, there is a bright side to all the rain. Beside the drought easing up,
beautiful plump blueberries are covering my bushes!

This morning I received an exciting email about a FREE photo editing class over at the Jessica Sprague website. She is offering the free class in honor of her 2nd anniversary. Starting June 22 you can register and the class begins July 6th. What a generous offer! Check it out!
Student work has been removed from the walls....
Lockers have been cleaned out... (amazing how much stuff can be jammed into lockers)
Students have been picked up....
All that is left are some teacher work days. Then I can get back to some sewing, knitting, baking and napping. It seems like ages since I've had the time for these activities! New recipes and projects have been gathering dust.
Can you hear it? Summer is almost here!
